Score Sigaps

Le projet "Système d’Interrogation, de Gestion et d’Analyse des Publications Scientifiques" (SIGAPS), initié au CHRU de Lille en 2002, a pour objectif d’aider au recensement et à l’analyse des publications scientifiques référencées Medline, pour un établissement ayant des activités de recherche médicale. Pour ce faire, les équipes du CHRU de Lille ont conçu et mis en œuvre un logiciel de bibliométrie, automatisant le processus de recensement, d’évaluation et d'analyse des références bibliographiques.

En mai 2006, afin d’accompagner la réforme des modalités de financement des missions d’enseignement, de recherche, de référence et d’innovation (MERRI), le Ministère de la Santé a décidé de confier au CHRU de Lille une mission consistant à assurer la diffusion et l’utilisation du logiciel SIGAPS au sein de l’ensemble des établissements hospitalo-universitaires et à permettre la définition d’un indicateur convenable du niveau de la production scientifique de ces établissements.

Le projet SIGAPS vise donc aujourd’hui à généraliser l’utilisation du logiciel SIGAPS à l’ensemble des CHU, pour la production d’indicateurs partagés des résultats de l’activité de recherche, fondés sur la publication scientifique.
